Built where the biryani is
AnnaPOS started in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with a simple observation: most restaurant software is either a bloated enterprise suite or a flimsy app that dies during Friday rush. Restaurants deserve something that just works at the counter — and then gets smarter over time.
So we built the unglamorous parts first, properly: billing that never makes the customer wait, kitchen tickets that never go missing, and thermal printing that behaves exactly right on the printers restaurants already own. And we built it on the cloud from day one — no server at the shop, nothing to install, every bill backed up automatically — which is how we can charge ₹299 a month instead of a licence fee. That foundation is live today on web and Windows.
Table booking and floor management came next, built into the same screen rather than a separate app — also live today. What comes now is the exciting part: guests ordering from the table with a QR code, an Android app, and AI analytics that read your sales data and give you advice in plain language. We publish our roadmap honestly: if a feature says “launching soon,” it's in development, not in a slide deck.
